We are currently looking for a Sales & Account Manager to help us build our client portfolio. Working with the CEO and COO, the Sales & Account Manager will directly impact the success of the company through client relationships and pairing them up with the appropriate services and solutions for their business.

Typical Tasks within the Role:

  • Find new leads and nurture through the funnel.
  • Qualify leads and close potential business opportunities.
  • Determine the needs and project scope of potential customers.
  • Upkeep client accounts, produce prospecting and pipeline updates.
  • Oversee client projects through to completion to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop submissions for Bids/Tenders/RFPs with the help of the COO.

Experience and Characteristics

  • Extroverted and outgoing personality.
  • A “let’s get it done” attitude.
  • Desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Enjoys searching for new clients and making first contact.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (English)
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Experience working with and developing proper sales funnels and pipelines.
  • Experience working with a CRM.
  • Experience with Sales Automation.

  • Experience in a sales/account management/business development role experience in the cyber security or IT industry.
